Georgina has experience of working in legislation reform, data analysis and quality assurance for the UK Civil Service. She has worked closely with multiple government departments over the years to enable the development and improvement of institutional policies and practices.

She also has experience of working in postgraduate research and spent time teaching in primary and secondary education.

Georgina holds a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Psychology and is a Graduate Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, a member of the Royal Statistical Society and an Affiliate member of the Awarding and Assessment Academy of the Federation of Awarding Bodies.
