Kate is the Compliance Manager for centres offering the Hair, Beauty, Wellness and Aesthetics qualifications. Her role is to support centres through the reapproval process and ensure that the rules and regulations of the qualifications are being adhered to whilst they are offering Qualifi qualifications.

 

Prior to joining Qualifi, Kate worked with VTCT for 9 years as a Partnership Planning Manager supporting centres offering regulated qualifications. Before she joined VTCT full time, she was a Head of Department for a large FE college offering Hair, Beauty and Spa qualifications for 22 years, overseeing the management and quality assurance of all regulated qualifications.

Kate holds a variety of qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Hairdressing, Wellness, Teaching, Education, Management and holds Internal and external quality assurance experience. Kate strongly believes in learning and development within the regulated qualifications and with her experience and qualifications means that she will be able to give the best possible support and guidance to Qualifi centres.
