Ray Brogden joins the Advisory Council of Global Cyber Academy

Ray Brogden, COO of Qualifi Awarding Organisation and founding partner of PAM Education Consultancy joins the Global Cyber Academy Advisory Council. The International Advisory Council brings together some of the world’s most experienced cyber security and business resilience practitioners and policy-makers.

Based in London, Global Cyber Academy is the world’s first dedicated cyber security academy for business communities.

Students of the academy are supported by Cyber Security field academics as well as accessing content via the cutting-edge, time-flexible, learning platforms. Practical study and assessment is enhanced by students’ accessing and researching a wide range of open-source information: videos, websites, specialist books, journals, tech news articles, formal guidance, International Standards as well as other available learning materials.

Global Cyber Academy also runs the business network and Think-Tank with students given the opportunity to attend these events and rub shoulders with employers, industry peers and policy makers.

The Global Cyber Academy learning programmes and qualifications, several of which are listed on the Ofqual Regulated Framework have been designed, developed and accredited through our partner Awarding Organisation – Qualifi ( www.qualifi.net) The courses and qualifications are unique, because they focus upon cyber security from a business organisational perspective; the regulated qualifications at Levels 2 and 3 are recognised for funding via 16-19 entitlement (ESFA) and the Adult Education Budget budgets and the Level 3 and 4 qualifications are Student Loan Company listed; subject to applicant eligibility they are recognised for Advanced Learner loans.
